Why is my Wireless Scanner not scanning?
Make sure you have successfully paired to your device, if you have there will be a solid blue light on top of the scanner.
To pair with your device's built-in bluetooth:
- Instructions on page 8 of the manual under "Automatic Bluetooth Pairing".
To pair with your device that doesnt have bluetooth:
- Instructions on page 11 under "Wireless 2.4G pairing"
My Wireless Scanner has a solid blue light but still not scanning correctly.
If you are scanning into Excel, make sure you have set the cell formats to "text" before you scan. If you are using 39 barcode types, scan this barcode image.
Im using a 39 type barcode and it wont scan correctly.

I'm trying to scan into an Excel App on my iOS or Android device.
Select the cells you will be scanning into and change those cell formats to "Text" before scanning, then go to page 16 of the manual and scan the Barcode "Very Low". This will slow down the data transfer rate so Excel can read correctly.

My Wireless Scanner is doing 3 slow beeps
Go to page 20 of the manual and scan "Restore Factory Settings". Once scanned, proceed to re-pair to your device.
My Wireless Scanner is doing 3 fast beeps whenever I scan.
You have lost pairing or have not paired yet.
