Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- In saleable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. tax invoice or order confirmation)
Please note that change of mind returns are NOT available for:
- Personal care items, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive products
- Gift cards or downloadable software
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product:
- Is faulty, unsafe or of unacceptable quality
- Does not match the description or sample shown
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video (if applicable). We’ll assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us on our Contact Page
- Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement as agreed
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
- For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility
